Copilot readiness and data governanceFor businesses and MSPs

Fix oversharing before Copilot finds it.

We clean up SharePoint and OneDrive permissions, label sensitive information, and plan a Copilot pilot, so AI helps your team without surfacing files they shouldn’t see.

Copilot doesn’t create new access. It reveals the access you already have.

Files shared with “Everyone” years ago, links anyone can open, sites nobody owns: Copilot can draw on all of it for anyone who has access. We find the oversharing first, fix the permissions that matter, and label sensitive information so the rollout starts on solid ground.

When to consider starting this project

  • You’re considering Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Sensitive files are shared with “Everyone” or with links anyone can open
  • Leadership wants guardrails in place before AI tools roll out

Oversharing found and fixed before the rollout.

  • A review of oversharing in SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Permission cleanup on sensitive sites
  • Sensitivity labels for confidential information
  • A Copilot license and pilot plan
  • Guidance for staff on safe use

From first call to documented handoff.

Scoping is free, and the price is agreed before any work begins. Most projects are quoted at a fixed fee.

Before the work

  1. Discover

We start with a free call. You tell us what you want, what you use now, and when you need it done.

  2. Plan

We send you a free written plan. It lists the work and any equipment, with a price for each.

  3. Sign

You sign the plan, and we put your project on our calendar. Nothing starts until you say yes.

The work

  1. Implement

We do the work, mostly over the internet. If a job needs us in person, we come to you.

  2. Adjust

Testing and real-life use show what needs work. We fix those things and fine-tune the setup.

  3. QA

We check every item in your plan, one at a time. We don’t move on until everything works.

After the work

  1. Document

We write down what we built, how it’s set up, and why. Our diagrams help whoever works on it next.

  2. Handoff

We show you and your team how it all works. Then we hand over the passwords and the documents.

  3. Follow-up

After we hand it over, we check back with you. We make sure everything still works.

Talk to an engineer

We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so the sooner you’re scoped, the sooner you’re on the calendar.

Straight answers

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Do we have to fix everything before using Copilot?

No. We fix the sites holding sensitive data first, then pilot Copilot with a small group while the rest of the cleanup continues.

What are sensitivity labels?

Labels in Microsoft Purview that classify files and email and can protect them, for example marking a contract Confidential and limiting who can open it.

Which licenses do we need?

Microsoft 365 Copilot is licensed separately, and some governance features depend on your Microsoft 365 plan. We map what you have and recommend the least you need.

Do you sell Copilot licenses?

No. You buy licenses directly, so our recommendations aren’t tied to a sale.

For MSPs

Oversharing cleanup and sensitivity labels ahead of a client’s Copilot rollout.

We deliver it white-label or co-branded, work in your PSA, RMM, and documentation platform, and never sell managed services to your clients.
