Will we lose email during the cutover?
Not with a planned cutover. While DNS updates, some messages may still arrive at the old system. A final sync brings them across, and we verify mail flow before we call the cutover done.
What do our people have to do?
Very little. We send short instructions before the switch, then help with Outlook and phones on the first business day afterward.
We run Exchange on-premises. Should we keep it?
If you need Exchange in your own building, Microsoft’s supported path is Exchange Server Subscription Edition. If not, moving to Microsoft 365 takes the server off your hands. We’ll lay out both options during scoping.
Do we buy Microsoft licenses from you?
No. You buy them directly from Microsoft or a CSP, and we tell you which ones you need.
