Order internet first. It’s often the longest wait in a move.

New circuits can take weeks to install, and the network, phones, and every workstation depend on them. We start early, coordinate the providers and contractors, and plan the cutover so the first morning in the new space is a normal workday.

When to consider starting this project

  • You’re about to sign a lease
  • Your lease ends in the next few months
  • You’re opening a second location

From site survey to first-day support.

  • A site survey of the new space
  • Coordination of internet service orders
  • Network and Wi-Fi design for the new layout
  • Cutover during the move window
  • Workstation and printer setup
  • On-site help on the first day

From first call to documented handoff.

Scoping is free, and the price is agreed before any work begins. Most projects are quoted at a fixed fee.

Before the work

  1. Discover

We start with a free call. You tell us what you want, what you use now, and when you need it done.

  2. Plan

We send you a free written plan. It lists the work and any equipment, with a price for each.

  3. Sign

You sign the plan, and we put your project on our calendar. Nothing starts until you say yes.

The work

  1. Implement

We do the work, mostly over the internet. If a job needs us in person, we come to you.

  2. Adjust

Testing and real-life use show what needs work. We fix those things and fine-tune the setup.

  3. QA

We check every item in your plan, one at a time. We don’t move on until everything works.

After the work

  1. Document

We write down what we built, how it’s set up, and why. Our diagrams help whoever works on it next.

  2. Handoff

We show you and your team how it all works. Then we hand over the passwords and the documents.

  3. Follow-up

After we hand it over, we check back with you. We make sure everything still works.

Talk to an engineer

We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so the sooner you’re scoped, the sooner you’re on the calendar.

Straight answers

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

When should we call you?

As soon as you have a likely address, ideally before you sign the lease. We can check what internet service and cabling the building already has, and what it will need.

Do you run the cabling?

No. Licensed low-voltage contractors install new cable runs. We plan the work and coordinate them.

Can we reuse our current equipment?

Often, yes. We check what’s worth moving and what should be replaced, and you buy anything new directly.

Will someone be there on move day?

Yes. On-site help on the first day is part of the project, and we schedule on-site time for the cutover whenever it needs hands on equipment.

For MSPs

Move planning and on-site cutover for clients who are relocating or opening a new location.

We deliver it white-label or co-branded, work in your PSA, RMM, and documentation platform, and never sell managed services to your clients.

How we partner with MSPs

  • GoDaddy Microsoft 365 migration

Move your Microsoft 365 tenant out of GoDaddy and buy directly from Microsoft or a CSP, without losing mail, creating a second tenant, or locking anyone out.

  • Microsoft 365 email migration

Move email, calendars, and contacts to Microsoft 365 from Google Workspace, GoDaddy, an Exchange server, or another host, with a cutover planned around your business hours.

  • Google Workspace email and data migration

Move email, calendars, contacts, and files to Google Workspace from Microsoft 365, Exchange, GoDaddy, Dropbox, Box, or a file server, with a cutover planned around your business hours.

Planning around year-end? A fixed-fee proposal lets you commit this year’s budget before it closes, or put your project first on next year’s calendar.
